Exact server
Type the exact MT5 server shown in your broker terminal. A broker family name alone is not enough.
MT5 login
Use the numeric MT5 login for the account you want to sync, not a portal username or a copied profile label.
Investor password
Use read-only investor access so Golden Trading Cup can read account stats without trade permissions.
Before you connect
Open your MT5 terminal and copy the server exactly as it appears. Small differences can make a server unsupported until it is implemented.
If the server is supported, the account can enter the sync flow. If it is not supported yet, support can classify the exact server instead of retrying blindly.
