How to find the exact server in MT5
Open MT5, check the account connection details or the server selector, then copy the server name exactly as shown. Keep capitalization, spaces, hyphens, and live server numbers unchanged.
Common connection errors
- wrong exact server: the family is recognizable but the submitted server is not the exact MT5 endpoint.
- investor password typo: read-only access cannot authenticate because one character is wrong or outdated.
- pending first sync: the account is accepted but the first backend worker snapshot has not finished yet.
